ABOUT

Villa Liverzano’s first edification dates back to the seventeenth century. It was built as a manor house for the noble family of Brisighella, "I Liverzani”, who took their name from Mount Liverzano, where the Villa is located. Owned by this family for over a thousand years, the estate has now been transformed into a Boutique Eco Agriturismo . Its particular shape, which recalls that of a monastery, includes the main villa with its astonishing internal courtyard, the chapel and an Italian garden, bordered by ancient statues representing the four seasons. We believe that economic activity and environmental well-being must go hand in hand, without one ever overshadowing the other. A few examples of how we do this. The walls are painted with coloured stucco based on natural lime, without the use of synthetic colours A salt electrolytic system for pool disinfection eliminates the need to insert chlorinated chemicals into the water Organic and ecological agriculture is practiced without the use of chemicals and pesticides When it comes to wine, our commitment can be seen. We are proud to produce certified organic wines, recognised with excellence by the most prestigious national and international wine guides and associations.
